The Quality Control Laboratory Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that our incoming Raw Material and Hard Goods meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Role Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Perform routine Quality Control tests on hard goods and packaging components using standard testing methods and instrumentation. Conduct tests to assess product quality and compliance with specifications.</li>
<li>Ensure that samples are properly labeled, handled, and stored to maintain sample integrity and traceability.</li>
<li>Operate laboratory equipment and instrumentation used for Quality Control testing, including spectrophotometers, pH meters, balances, and other analytical instruments. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instruction (WI) and safety protocols for instrument operation.</li>
<li>Record test results, observations, and other relevant data accurately and legibly in laboratory notebooks, worksheets and/or electronic databases. Maintain detailed records of all Quality Control activities in compliance with regulatory requirements and Kindeva policies.</li>
<li>Communicate all non-conformances or atypical results to Quality Control Group Lead and/or Manager in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Document non-conformance in Quality Management System as required.</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement activities within functional group and/or department as needed.</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety regulations and Kindeva policies related to laboratory operations and quality control testing. Follow established protocols for handling hazardous materials, chemical waste disposal, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.</li>
<li>Comply with GMPs and department SOPs.</li>
<li>Update or Create documents such as SOPs, WIs or Worksheet/Forms as needed to update or document new procedures.</li>
<li>Work well in both a team and an individual environment.</li>
<li>Maintain flexibility to support unexpected rush material release requests.</li>

Basic Qualifications

Position Description:
The technician position participates in environmental and utilities monitoring for all site buildings following procedurally required frequencies. This role may include performing aseptic testing, incubation and analysis of environmental monitoring samples.
Key Objectives/Deliverables:<ul><li>
Perform environmental monitoring sampling, including non-viable, viable, surface sampling and personnel monitoring in the various site manufacturing and support facilities.</li><li>
Perform utility sampling, including non-viable, viable, oil content, dew point, and purity on compressed gas systems.</li><li>
Perform sampling on water systems.</li><li>
Participate in performance qualification of environmental, utility, and water systems.</li><li>
Perform data entry and review work for accuracy in accordance with laboratory procedures, standards, and GMP requirements.</li><li>
Train others within the lab, as required.</li><li>
Perform routine equipment qualifications/calibrations or maintenance through execution of well-defined protocols, as required.</li><li>
