<ul><li>The Project Quality Lead is responsible for development of the Quality Program and accountable for the independent surveillance and audit of the project for compliance with procedures and requirements, as well as the documentation of compliance and corrective actions. The Project Quality Lead performs these activities independent of the design/project/construction group responsible for the work.
</li><li>The Project Quality Lead works closely with the Portfolio Delivery Manager and advises him of the status of quality-related activities.
</li><li>The Project Quality Lead assists the Portfolio Delivery Manager in the maintenance and updating of the Contract Project Quality Plan and other quality related project documents. As directed by the Portfolio Delivery Manager, the Project Quality Lead will perform other quality related audits and surveys.

The Quality Lead plays a critical role in ensuring that aluminum products meet EMS and customer specifications. This position involves inspecting and testing raw materials, in-process components, and finished products, conducting quality tests, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within EMS distribution and manufacturing environments.

Our Coyote Missile On-site Program Quality Lead (PQL) in Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS), will oversee Quality in U.S. and foreign programs within the Coyote portfolio at our Tucson, AZ location. In this role, you'll drive a robust quality culture, practices, and collaboration efforts.
As the primary quality interface for the product Integrated Product Team (IPT), you'll be responsible for ensuring the program meets all Quality &amp; Mission Assurance requirements. This includes coordinating with functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and overseeing scope of work through all integrated product development phases, from design to production and sustainment. You&rsquo;ll be the customer&rsquo;s advocate internal to the team, ensuring we meet our obligations and expectations.
The PQL shall monitor quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with integrated teams to enforce process rigor, transition to production activities, you will conduct Production Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), First Article Inspection, and Quality Control Plan efforts and play a key role in Material Review Board (MRB), Change Control Board (CCB), and Risk Review Board (RRB).

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate&rsquo;s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

College degree in Instructional Design, Communications, or Business Management</li><li>
Background in pharmacy, pharmacy benefits, or other related healthcare field</li><li>
Understanding of pharmacy benefit management concepts and operations</li><li>
Motivated to understand pharmacy benefit management, including pharmaceutical drugs and drug therapies and share this knowledge to broaden skillset of team</li><li>
Demonstrated training facilitation and content creation skills</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Teams</li><li>
Must possess a current Pharmacy Technician Certification</li><li>
Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills</li><li>
