Ramp Service Agents (RSA) at Pegasus Aviation Services are responsible for marshalling aircraft in the gate, loading, unloading and sorting freight and baggage. RSAs are also responsible for servicing security functions, aircraft lavatories, potable water, push back aircraft from the gate, deicing and other duties as delegated. The RSA position is a support services position whose work routine is established and follows a set of procedures. It generally functions under close supervisory direction or guidance of the Customer Service Reps, Supervisors, or Ramp Managers.</div>

To efficiently manage and direct ramp activities to deliver high quality products/services to our customers.<div><br>

Your activities</b></div><ul><li>
Responsible for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities at the station with an objective of reducing employee injuries, aircraft, and equipment damage</li><li>
Supersize and manage staff to deliver excellent customer service</li><li>
Maintain applicable safety and performance standards</li><li>
Develop and build good relations with customers and Airport authorities</li><li>
Report irregularities and take appropriate action</li><li>
Participate and contribute to internal and customer meetings</li><li>
Conduct daily shift briefings</li><li>
Conduct safety meetings/briefings</li><li>
Liaise with OCC regarding daily workforce requirements</li><li>
Perform daily/weekly audits</li><li>
Build and maintain good management/workforce relations</li><li>
Ensure workforce adherence to company policies and procedures</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul><div><b>
Your profile</b></div><ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>
Minimum one year experience in ramp service or related field</li><li>
Ability to work in a team environment</li><li>
Knowledge about operation of Ground Service Equipment</li><li>
Must possess strong organizational and multi tasking skills</li><li>
Effective verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Must be able to work in all weather conditions</li><li>
Valid unrestricted Provincial Driver's License, DA and Transport Security Clearance</li><li>
Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays</li></ul><div><div><b>
