While not a disciplinary role, the Lead serves as a key point of contact for operational efficiency and issue resolution.</p><p>

<li>Ensures strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures by effectively managing employees in the absence of the Senior Manager.</li>
<li>Utilizes hand signals to safely guide aircraft during arrivals and departures.</li>
