What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:</b></p>

<li>Aggregate the company&rsquo;s current real estate footprint to provide to executives for strategic decisions</li>
<li>Execute a long-term real estate strategy aligned with business and financial objectives.</li>
<li>Lead negotiations for leases, lease renewals, amendments, purchases, and dispositions, ensuring terms are favorable to the company and compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements.</li>
