   A law degree from a recognized institution.
  </li>
  <li>
   4-7 years of relevant work experience in-house or at a reputable law firm.
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluent in Arabic and English; strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
