Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Aggressively work our built database of seller leads, delivering relentless follow-up to convert prospects into listings.</li><li>
Prospect daily for new seller opportunities, including off-market properties, to expand your pipeline.</li><li>
Conduct compelling seller consultations, leveraging team scripts to secure listing agreements.</li><li>
Negotiate and close listing contracts with precision, ensuring maximum value for clients.</li><li>
Track and report performance metrics using advanced CRM tools to stay data-driven and optimize results.</li><li>
Collaborate with our sales team to maximize opportunities and referrals from the database.</li><li>
Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and Partner Calls to refine your skills and mindset.</li><li>
Regularly preview homes in Putnam and Dutchess Counties to maintain expert-level market knowledge.</li><li>
Stay ahead of industry trends, adapting to new strategies to remain a top performer.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
Active NYS Real Estate Salesperson License with at least 2 years of experience specializing in listings.</li><li>
Proven track record of securing and closing listings, with exceptional follow-up and lead management skills.</li><li>
Deep knowledge of Putnam and Dutchess Counties, NY, including market trends and property values.</li><li>
Hungry, driven, and competitive, with a relentless commitment to follow-through and client satisfaction.</li><li>
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building trust and overcoming objections.</li><li>
Highly organized, with excellent time management and the ability to handle high-volume lead databases.</li><li>
Growth-minded and eager to plug into proven systems, scripts, and models for success.</li><li>

We are looking for a few enthusiastic licensed real estate salespersons to fill positions at our location in Georgia
 
We are a rapidly growing company, willing to train a newly licensed full-time salesperson or help an experienced agent get to the next level.
 
The ideal candidate will be a people person, with a professional manner, and a tireless work ethic committed to zealously representing real estate clients and pursuing new sales opportunities.
 Position requires extensive weekend hours showing properties, meeting clients, and flexibility to show residential real estate properties throughout the local market.
 
Candidate must be highly motivated, have a positive attitude, problem-solver, and be a team player committed to long-term success. The position has the amazing long-term upside to grow along with the team and to learn everything about real estate sales.
 
The candidate will be a licensed real estate agent - a 1099 independent contractor. Compensation is commission-based, and candidates will have access to many showing opportunities, open houses, and leads from the branch with support from the team.

Progressive commission/split structure which is commensurate with your hard work (some as much as 100%!) Real Estate license agent or Broker (Required). Must complete the 75-hour real estate course (If you’re in the process of taking the course, you’re welcome to apply) Beginners are welcome to apply (No experience needed) Needs to be available for a full-time position (for training and working with clients).
