Key Areas of Responsibility:<div><ul><li>
This role will provide resettlement case management for approximately 150 clients per year.</li><li>
Completes core services as outlined in the R&amp;P Cooperative Agreement.</li><li>
Develop a unique and individualized service plan with newly arrived refugees to achieve self-sufficiency through Reception and Placement and Matching Grant.</li><li>
Assist with applications for Social Security card, medical benefits, food assistance and other applicable supports.</li><li>
Assists in the enrollment of refugee children in appropriate school and educational programs, as applicable.</li><li>
Conducts all services in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner, according to contract guidelines and/or agency policies and procedures.</li><li>
Maintain current knowledge and understanding of the U.S. refugee resettlement program including benefits and services refugees and other ORR eligible populations qualify for.</li><li>
Document all services provided in files and case notes, as required by program guidelines.</li><li>
