</p><p>The successful candidate with have a bright, friendly demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be highly organized, and able to demonstrate initiative. Applicants must have at least one year of related experience and be proficient at using computer software such as Microsoft Office.</p><br>

The role:</p>
<ul>
<li>Welcome visiting customers at our Stockton office in a friendly and approachable manner</li>
<li>Handle communications within a busy office environment with professionalism and efficiency.</li>
<li>Manage stocks of stationery and office equipment</li>
<li>Lease with interdisciplinary teams such as recruitment and training coordinators</li>
<li>Manage files in a GDPR-complaint manner: i.e. electronic filing, data input, photocopying, disposal.</li></ul><br>

Working closely with Resourcing Partners and the Resourcing Coordinator, you will contribute to both high-volume and specialist recruitment activity across the charity.</div><div>

What you will be doing</b></div><ul>
<li>Providing administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle, from advert creation through to onboarding</li>
<li>Coordinating interviews, including scheduling, diary management and candidate communications</li>
<li>Managing candidate communications, including acknowledgements, updates and rejections</li>
<li>Supporting recruitment campaigns by posting adverts, updating roles and managing applicant tracking workflows</li>
<li>Assisting with application checks and assessment activities following clear guidance</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within recruitment systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance</li>
<li>Supporting onboarding activity, including offer administration, contracts, references and pre-employment checks</li>
<li>Responding to queries from candidates and hiring managers in a timely and professional manner</li>
<li>Supporting the delivery of assessment and selection activities, including assessment centres</li>
<li>Assisting with recruitment content on LinkedIn and other platforms</li>
<li>Providing administrative support for recruitment-related projects and continuous improvement activity</li>
