What we are looking for &ndash; indiGO Auto Group&rsquo;s Ferrari Silicon Valley is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:
<ul><li>Answer all incoming calls and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member.</li>
<li>Clearly communicate caller and customer inquiries to the appropriate party.</li>
<li>Welcome visitors to the showroom. Warmly acknowledge and greet walk-ins. Offer assistance and drinks.</li>
<li>Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and espresso drinks.</li>
<li>Purchase and restock Biscotti.</li>
<li>Maintain showroom appearance (customer lounge, configurator room, reception area).</li>
<li>Take inventory of supplies and restock/order as necessary.</li>
<li>Replenish supplies in customer lounge, breakroom, and upstairs lounge.</li>
<li>Distribute mail and create FedEx labels.</li>
<li>Book Atelier/Tailor-Made appointments.</li>
<li>Book Factory Tours.</li>
<li>Maintain shared spreadsheets and work operating systems with accuracy, ensuring up-to-date and reliable information.</li>
<li>Assist with test drive reporting and monthly submissions.</li>
<li>Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and other assistance as needed to offer support across the organization.</li>
<li>Assist with crosschecking vehicle specs.</li>
<li>Send out Marketing materials.</li>
<li>Provide New Car and Warranty Invoices.</li>
<li>Assist in marketing activations</li>
<li>All other duties assigned by Management.</li>
</ul>

</ul>
Pay range for this role is $24.00 to $25.00 per hour.
