Job Title: Receptionist Company: PNY Trainings Location: Allama Iqbal Town Salary: PKR 20,000 &ndash; 25,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time (9am to 6pm) Gender: (Female Only)PNY Trainings is looking for a professional, presentable, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide support to students, visitors, instructors, and management.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcome students, visitors, parents, and guests professionally.</li><li>Manage front-desk operations and maintain a positive first impression of the organization.</li><li>Attend incoming calls, respond to WhatsApp messages, and forward queries to relevant departments.</li><li>Provide basic information regarding courses, admissions, fee structure, class timings, and branch details.</li><li>Maintain student inquiry records, visitor logs, call records, and daily front-desk reports.</li><li>Coordinate with Admissions, Academic, Accounts, and HR departments for student and visitor-related matters.</li><li>Follow up with students regarding admissions, fee submissions, and class schedules.</li><li>Receive documents, parcels, and courier deliveries and maintain proper records.</li><li>Handle student complaints or concerns professionally and escalate them when required.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and proper arrangement of the reception area.</li><li>Assist with printing, scanning, filing, attendance coordination, and other administrative tasks.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of student, staff, and company information.</li><li>Perform any other front-desk or administrative task assigned by management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>Fresh candidates or candidates with 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, Customer Service Representative, or Admin Assistant may apply.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Presentable personality with a professional attitude.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.</li><li>Ability to handle calls, WhatsApp communication, and student inquiries efficiently.</li><li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Female candidates are preferred.</li></ul>Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
