Benefits:
Except as otherwise required by state law, CarMax Associates are entitled to the following paid sick, vacation, and holiday time.
Associates that are considered full-time hourly or commission/incentive eligible:<ul><li>

Minimum Qualifications / Must-Haves<ul><li>
1+ years of professional automotive detailing experience (dealership or reconditioning environment preferred).</li><li>
Strong knowledge of detailing tools, chemicals, and safe handling procedures.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment with high turnaround demands.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.</li><li>
Reliable transportation and full-time availability (including some weekends if required).</li><li>
Ability to stand, bend, and work in and around vehicles for extended periods.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications / Nice-to-Haves<ul><li>
Previous experience detailing vehicles in a dealership or high-volume reconditioning shop.</li><li>
Familiarity with paint correction, buffing, or ceramic coating.</li><li>
Strong time-management skills to handle multiple vehicles per day.</li><li>
