Position Summary</b></h2><p>
The Construction Project Manager &ndash; Reconstruction is responsible for overseeing residential and commercial rebuild projects from initial scope through final completion. This role manages, scheduling, subcontractors, job-site execution, customer communication, and financial performance to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.</p><p>
This position is best suited for professionals with hands-on reconstruction experience in fast-paced environments who are comfortable managing multiple active projects and working directly with customers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
Oversee reconstruction projects from initial assessment through final completion<br>

Prepare accurate scopes of work, budgets, and change orders using company systems and industry tools<br>

</li>
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and field personnel across multiple concurrent projects<br>
<li>
</li>
Conduct regular job-site inspections to ensure quality, safety compliance, and schedule adherence<br>
<li>
</li>
Communicate consistently with customers, internal teams, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle<br>
<li>
</li>
Resolve project challenges related to scheduling, materials, workmanship, and customer concerns<br>
<li>
</li>
Ensure proper documentation including photos, permits, job notes, scopes, and financial tracking<br>
<li>
</li>
Monitor project timelines and profitability to ensure strong operational performance<br>
<li>
</li>
Order materials and coordinate deliveries to maintain efficient job flow<br>
<li>
</li>
Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and company policies<br>
<li>
</li>
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and quality execution<br>
<li>

Qualifications</b></h2>
2&ndash;5+ years of construction or reconstruction project management experience required<br>

Strong background managing residential and/or light commercial rebuild projects<br>
<li>
</li>
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and multiple projects simultaneously<br>
<li>
</li>
Solid understanding of construction methods, building systems, and project workflows<br>
<li>
</li>
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills<br>
<li>
</li>
Ability to read and interpret scopes of work, blueprints, and construction documentation<br>
<li>
</li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with acceptable driving record<br>
<li>

Reliable transportation required for travel between job sites (truck preferred for hauling tools, materials, and equipment as needed)<br>
