This person ensures the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of the company's financial statements. By managing end-to-end R2R processes, he/she guarantees timely month-end closing and compliance with global accounting standards. The role strengthens financial controls through thorough reconciliations and audit-ready documentation. It also enables seamless collaboration across global finance teams, supporting smooth operational handoffs. Overall, this role enhances financial transparency, reduces risk, and supports stronger business decision-making.</p><br>

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?</b></p>

<ul><li><p><b>Managing end-to-end R2R and lease accounting processes</b><br>
&ndash; You'll take ownership of all accounting transactions related to R2R and oversee the full lifecycle of lease accounting&mdash;from initial entries to final reporting.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Executing financial close and reporting activities</b><br>
&ndash; You'll ensure timely completion of month-end close, post journal entries, perform reconciliations, and support statutory and GAAP reporting requirements.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Collaborating with global stakeholders and finance teams</b><br>
&ndash; You'll work with internal and external stakeholders, including Treasury, P2P, B2C, and SCF teams, to ensure seamless integration and resolution of outstanding items.</p>
