Position Purpose and Summary</b></p><p>
The <i>Human Resources Specialist I | Digital Records</i> primarily works in records management, storage, and organization. The position is responsible for ensuring that paper-based personnel records and other HR related documents are digitized and appropriately filed into Cloud storage systems. The Human Resources Specialist I | Digital Records has an extensive background in HR Generalism and can assess documents knowing where and how to classify documents appropriately.</p><p>
The Human Resources Specialist position may secondarily contribute to supporting the HR Team in all aspects of Human Resources as a support. This includes being knowledgeable and prepared to offer support with general HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, employee training and development, policy interpretation, and compliance with all applicable state and federal laws. The Human Resources Specialist provides support in these areas as directed.</p><p><b>
Primary Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>
Responsible for drafting a protocol and process for storing personnel records in ADP WFN Document Cloud; as well as gaining approval from the Director of HR.</p></li><li><div>

Processes police records according to records management regulations, policies and procedures. Reads and interprets crime reports which include city, state and federal statutes. Utilizes Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) guidelines to classify events into the records management system.</li><li>
Maintains security, privacy and confidentiality of police records. Determines which police records can be released to other agencies according to policies and procedures.</li><li>
Classifies and updates police report data and documents electronically transferred into the Records Management System using the National Incident-Based Reporting (NIBRS) federal regulations. Provides error checking and system/data audits for quality. Prepares specific reports. Enters, updates and purges and validates pertinent data according to governing rules, policies and procedures.</li><li>
Provides administrative and technical support to internal police staff using software systems. Assists the public in obtaining police services by determining their needs and directing them to the appropriate resources.</li><li>
Packages case reports for submission to the City of Boise and Ada County Prosecutor's Offices, including submitting electronic documents, photos and citations. Coordinates with operations units to assist with compiling complete case reports. Coordinates with outside agencies to provide and gather information necessary to process cases. Job Description</b><p><b><i><br>
This opportunity is part of AECOM&rsquo;s Fursa Program and open exclusively to UAE Nationals holding a valid family book.</i></b></p><p>
AECOM are currently seeking an experienced Administrator - Information Management, to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will support the implementation and maintenance of digital records and document control procedures across project lifecycles. Working under the guidance of senior team members, this role ensures that project documentation is accurately managed, traceable, and compliant with established standards.</p><p><b>
Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Assist in deploying and maintaining digital records and document control systems in alignment with project requirements and organisational standards.</li><li>
Support the execution of digitised administrative workflows, including the circulation, tracking, and uploading of project deliverables and communications.</li><li>
Maintain project record platforms to ensure that all documentation is organised, accessible, and traceable by relevant stakeholders.</li><li>
Conduct QA/QC reviews of project documentation in collaboration with originators to verify adherence to naming conventions, version control, and sign-off protocols.</li><li>
Understanding of document control systems and digital records management.</li><li>
Familiarity with project documentation standards and workflows.</li><li>
Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for document management.</li></ul><p></p><b><br>
Qualifications</b><br>
<ul><li>
Typically, a minimum of 2-4 years post-undergraduate experience in Information Management / Document Control.</li><li>
Bachelor of Business, Art, Administration or Science or relevant Degree from an accredited University</li></ul><br>
