<ul><li> Provides support with specific instruction and prompting in key areas identified by the treatment team (i.e., problem-solving, coping skills, and interpersonal interactions).</li></ul>
<ul><li> Aids with arranging transportation to treatment and other community support outings and essential appointments.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Functions as part of a treatment team in support of Clinical Case Management Services.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ensures that the program&rsquo;s physical environment meets required regulations including a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Supports the processes for all contractual agreements, certifications, or licensing regulations including but not limited to the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS).</li></ul>
<ul><li> Actively participates in program meetings, clinical meetings, supervision, and ad hoc workgroups, as needed, to carry out the mission of the program.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Supports positive outcome measures as defined by the state regulations and agency quality assurance processes. Ensures program compliance through the timely and accurate reporting of data as needed.</li></ul>

The Treasure Island Residential Step Down (RSD) services are available to beneficiaries who are stepping down from inpatient/residential substance use disorder treatment. Clients must be concurrently in treatment, specifically in outpatient (OP), intensive outpatient (IOP), Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), or Outpatient (aka Ambulatory) Withdrawal Management (OP-WM) settings. RSD provides a temporary, drug and alcohol-free environment to residents that are actively engaged in outpatient treatment for medically necessary SUD provided to the client off-site.

The Recovery Coach is responsible for assessing client needs and strengths in support of health and recovery. Through individual coaching with program-specific requirements and case management, Recovery Coaches assists clients in navigating systems of care while providing a supportive recovery environment. Recovery Coaches are responsible for maintaining and assessing the safety and security of the program and its residents through continued house runs while providing a supportive environment. Through effective communication, Recovery Coaches relay relevant information to other members of the interdisciplinary team and perform crisis intervention as needed. The denials recovery representative is an experienced position within the Mayo Clinic enterprise denials management team. Ensure accurate pricing of products for customer convenience.</li><li>
Keep the parking lot, corral, and designated areas clean and well-maintained.</li><li>
Zone outside merchandising spaces such as the load lanes, nurseries, bullpens, and front side walks during available intervals to maintain an orderly display.</li><li>
Use standard office equipment, including telephones, copiers, fax machines, calculators, and computers.</li><li>
Operate retail equipment such as the Telxon gun, forklift, pallet jack, ladder, and other tools.</li><li>
Participate in cross-training for flexibility in various departments and responsibilities.</li><li>
Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
