Job Description 
We are hiring for an Recreation Assistant Manager who will be responsible for supporting the strategic and daily operations of the Recreation Department, with an emphasis on Kids Club and Youth Club supervision. This includes overseeing activity programming, ensuring health and safety compliance, managing a team of attendants, engaging with families, and maintaining beautifully presented recreation environments. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Support the Recreation Manager in the overall leadership and operational management of the Recreation Department.</li><li>
Supervise Kids Club and Youth Club teams in delivering engaging, age‑appropriate experiences for children and teens.</li><li>

Qualifications

Proven experience in recreation, Kids Club, or youth programming within a luxury hotel or resort environment.</li><li>
