The Recruiting Coordinator's primary location is out of our Warren, Michigan station. You will be responsible for the development of partnerships and sourcing for licensed team members in both Michigan and Ohio. The recruiting coordinator supports the recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to ensure the smooth and efficient coordination of various HR and recruiting activities so that the entire HR team can effectively source, screen, and hire qualified candidates. In this role, you will represent the company at career fairs and other events to increase awareness of our exciting career opportunities. Reporting to the Recruiting Outreach Lead, you will be cross trained in other areas within the Recruiting and HR department.</p><p>
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will screen and process resumes to find qualified applicants for our open positions. You will keep contact with applicants, including providing position details and general information, as well as setting up qualified applicants with interviews. You will also search for potential candidates using our sourcing programs to help build a pool of candidates. Teaming with the Recruiters, you will find creative avenues to increase candidate flow.</p>
Responsibilities:

 This role will partner closely with Corporate and Operations leadership to build partnerships, preemptively address hiring needs through pipeline development and champion a business understanding of complex and multi-operational client portfolios.

 The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for organizing recruitment and job placement activities of the organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

   Support and implement programs, plans, policies, and procedures for recruitment, testing, selection, and job placement
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct full life-cycle recruitment activities (sourcing, applicant assessment, selection, hiring and on boarding) for assigned divisions/and corporate positions
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage automated resume and applicant tracking systems
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and hires
  </li>
  <li>
   Coach and counsel managers on matters related to candidate attraction and identification, selection, onboarding, compensation, and general management practices consistent with personnel policies and applicable employment laws
  </li>
  <li>
   Passively source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
  </li>
  <li>
   Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide status updates and reports to give visibility of performance to the TA team and hiring managers on a weekly basis
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop pipelines of qualified candidates for key positions. Advise and assist departments in candidate identification and selection decisions based on candidate performance indicators, EEO/AA, and fair employment practices
