<ul><li>Provides the highest level of customer service, technical ability, and quality to our customers</li><li>
Installs, maintains, and repairs most standard refrigeration units for commercial customers such as reach-in coolers and freezers, beverage dispensers, walk-in coolers and freezers and rack units</li><li>
Diagnoses and repairs electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of the commercial refrigeration systems</li><li>
Travels to job sites in assigned service area and works with assigned Dispatcher(s) to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers</li><li>
Available to work nights and weekends on a rotating basis to address emergency service needs for customer</li><li>
Maintains good working order of company vehicle, including cleaning and organizing, and washing vehicle a minimum of once per week</li><li>
Maintains proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment upon arrival, including make, model, serial number, type of fuel, and pictures as necessary</li><li>
Document details of services and parts provided to customers electronically through company-provided cell phone and/or iPad applications</li><li>
Diagnoses a variety of service issues, obtains necessary replacement parts, calibrates systems according to manufacturer specifications, and clearly communicates the issue(s) and recommended solutions to the client</li><li>
