Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director specializing in Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor (LISW-S) to provide clinical services within our program at Glass City Behavioral Healthcare. Our Behavioral Healthcare program services children and adults. This role is responsible for delivering individual and group therapy, developing treatment plans, completing clinical documentation, and providing supervision oversight in accordance with state and accreditation standards. The Market Clinical Informatics Manager (MCIM) will lead the implementation and optimization of clinical applications, projects and initiatives that support providers and clinicians in providing quality patient care in the most efficient manner using technology. The MCIM is accountable for ensuring the Market EMR Coach is performing job duties as assigned. The MCIIM collaborates with the MDI to improve physician and clinician satisfaction with the EMR, promote &ldquo;voice of the customer&rdquo; and improve IS service and support.
The MCIM will report to the Clinical Informatics Director.

<li>Required: 5 years of experience in clinical nursing, with 2 years of experience in clinical informatics</li>
<li>Preferred: certification in nursing informatics with ANCC</li>
<li>Ability to develop, maintain and collaborate with multi-disciplinary leaders</li>
<li>Ability to problem-solving and resolve conflict
</li><li>Understands clinical workflow and has the skill set to integrate technology into clinical practice</li>
<li>Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills required
</li><li>Competent user of Microsoft Office products</li>
