We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to join our team. The Regional Marketing Manager will work closely with the local office Executive Partner and other office-based attorneys to develop regional marketing and business development strategies in support of local market visibility and business development priorities. The Regional Marketing Manager will also draft and be responsible for annual budget requests to support those plans.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
Regional Marketing<ul><li>
Manage multiple regional marketing and business development initiatives and deploy and effectuate the various plans at the local or regional level.</li><li>

Track local marketing activity and include information in regular transmissions.</li><li>
Work closely with practice managers and media relations colleagues to identify, nominate, and track local awards and related deadlines to ensure the firm is nominating its people for applicable awards such as forty under forty, Best of the Bar, etc.</li><li>

THE ROLE

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you are a crucial revenue engine chartered to accelerate pipeline and drive growth for the Commercial segment in the West Region. This strategic role serves as the primary marketing liaison, blending high-level planning with the execution of multi-channel campaigns that differentiate the Everpure Platform in a competitive landscape. WHAT YOU'LL DO

<li>Manage Full Campaign Lifecycles: Lead the creation and localization of global content into multi-channel initiatives (digital, events, and co-marketing) that engage target personas throughout the entire buyer's journey.</li>
<li>Optimize Performance through Data: Rigorously track KPIs and pipeline velocity to provide actionable insights, ensuring every dollar of the marketing budget is allocated toward the highest ROI activities.</li>
<li>Oversee Strategic Budgets: Manage regional marketing funds and partner MDF programs with excellence, ensuring fiscal responsibility and resource efficiency across all local programs.</li>
<li>Mobility: Ability to travel to various locations, including international destinations, to fulfill job responsibilities up to 50% of the time.</li>

Who You Are:
As a Regional Director, you will work as an individual contributor under the VP of Sales to achieve sales and profit goals within a designated region for Butler Plus. In this role, you will manage multiple districts within a region. You will collaborate with Property Managers, Owners, and C-suite Executives to build and present a value-based offering driven by a financial ROI. In addition, you will help design and recommend sales programs and set short- and long-term sales strategies. Further, you will evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume by collecting relevant competitors' market information to increase sales volume and market share. Lastly, as a Regional Director, you may recommend products or service enhancements to improve our customer satisfaction and sales potential. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Generate new business by developing and cultivating existing relationships within the industry by networking and using outbound lead-generation techniques. This is a sales hunting, action forward role.</li><li>
Pull from industry knowledge, B2B sales experience, and overall business acumen to develop, implement and oversee the execution of a strategic plan for the sales/marketing function.</li><li>
Close new business while hitting targeted revenue and gross profit goals.</li><li>
Present detailed proposals for the company that demonstrate our value and financial impact.</li><li>
Ensure client retention goals are met based on company guidelines.</li><li>
