We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented <b>Associate-Regional Marketing</b> who will join our team at <b>Regional Marketing, Business Transformation &amp; Growth Directorate</b><b>.</b></div>
<div>
The ideal candidate will support the planning, development, and execution of marketing communication campaigns that reinforce Beko&rsquo;s brand positioning and drive business results across international markets.</div><br>

<li>Assist in developing global 360&deg; marketing communication campaigns</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for campaign execution</li>
<li>Support content development for digital, print, and social media assets</li>
<li>Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and KPIs</li>
<li>Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials</li>
<li>Research global consumer and market trends to inform strategy</li>
<li>Help prepare internal presentations and global toolkits for local teams</li></ul><br>

How do we describe the perfect match?</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field,</li>
<li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a global or regional role,</li>
<li>Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus,</li>
<li>Strong organizational and project management skills,</li>
<li>Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills,</li>
<li>High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment,</li>
<li>Flexible and open to new perspectives,</li>
<li>A great team player with a self initiative mindset,</li>
<li>Being open to communication is always our priority.</li>
