Join Novartis as an AD, Program Management, working under the Director of Case Management, and be responsible for managing all aspects of Patient Support Center program operations and leading a team of Case Manager Supervisors, while holding high level responsibility for management of the Case Manager work responsibilities, ensuring all activities are compliant with Novartis policies and procedures. The AD, Case Management will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Case Manager role and key responsibilities will include monitoring the team&rsquo;s activity, achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), productivity/quality, brand specific program&rsquo;s operational health and serves as the single point of contact for program needs with key stakeholders.</div>

Managing the workload and assigned responsibility scope to ensure appropriate coverage of patients and physicians offices, as well as aligned field partners.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>

Essential Requirements:</b></p></div><div><ul><li><b>

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $125,600 and $234,000.00/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/25 through 12/31/25, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Position Purpose:</b></p><p><br>
Regional Asset Protection Manager (RAPM) is responsible for ensuring Asset Protection initiatives and programs are executed within the region. Key responsibilities include but not limited to; analyzing and managing regional shrink performance, detecting, investigating and resolving theft and fraud, delivering shrink goals and ensuring Asset Protection processes are executed by the field team. The RAPM works with the Regional and District teams to drive theft mitigation and shrink and ensure physical security processes provide safe and secure environment for store teams, associates and customers. The RAPM is responsible for coaching and training of the field Asset Protection teams within the region.
