</p></li><li><p>Support women during childbirth, reflective of the woman&rsquo;s birthing plan, is knowledgeable regarding stem cell collection and monitoring in all stages of labour and monitoring the condition of the fetus, reflective of EBP and the WHO Mother Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative.
</p></li><li><p>Perform immediate post-delivery care of the mother to include (but not limited to) fundal massage, placental examination, quantifiable blood loss assessment and monitoring of vital signs, with immediate recognition and escalation to the obstetrician as needed, in accordance to scope of practice.

<li>Maintain family folders for the community members and trace children&rsquo;s vaccinations.</li>
<li>Provide healthcare services during morning or evening shifts to cater to community needs</li>
<li>Keep documentation of stocks and other related quality indicators on given checklists</li>
<li>Work closely with medical doctor in managing the patients visiting the center</li>
<li>Perform procedures such as infusion, nebulization, and other as advised by the physician</li>
<li>Monitor patients vital sign pain assessment on the initial and follow up visit and as per the physician order</li>
<li>Perform point of care testing such as haemoglobin, cholesterol</li>
<li>Ensure all equipment are functional. Report immediately in case of non-functionality</li>
<li>Training and supervising novice staff in an outpatient clinic or healthcare setting is essential for ensuring</li>
<li>Make sure that all centre equipment, vaccines, infrastructure etc meet the regulatory requirements of health care licensing bodies such as Sindh Health Care Commission, Dept of Health etc.</li>
<li>Performing routine checks and maintenance on medical equipment and responding to any accidental injuries or incidents in the clinic setting</li>
<li>Willing to learn new skills such as computer and English language etc.</li>
<li>Willing to participate in training programs and implement care services as per organization needs</li>
<li>Able to learn computer software for billing and documentation of patient and treatment</li>
<li>Provide services at outreach sites and evening hours, as assigned by manager</li>
<li>Keep track of PPM for all equipment placed at center</li>
<li>Serve as unit receptionist in absence of receptionist which includes cash management</li>
<li>Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the efficient operation of the clinic and ensure high-quality patient care</li>
</ul><p>Delivery (At facilities where child delivery is offered):</p>
<ul><li>Ensure all equipment for labour are present in the center</li>
<li>Sterilize all the equipment and keep record of PPM</li>
<li>Inform management in case of replacement of equipment, when required</li>
<li>Conduct patient delivery independently at center</li>
<li>Ensure patient care during entire labour process</li>
<li>Provide post-partum care to women</li>
<li>Provide adequate care to newborn as per protocols</li>
<li>Timely refer the high-risk cases to appropriate sites</li>
<li>Provide abortion care to relevant client</li>
<li>Offer family planning services to mothers coming with labour</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Diploma in Lady Health Visitor / Midwifery from a recognized institution.</li>
<li>Valid registration with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).</li>
<li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of relevant experience.</li>
