We are seeking a FINRA-licensed Registered Representative to join our customer service team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to clients through our contact center, assisting with complex inquiries, account maintenance, and financial service transactions.

</li><li>Assist with Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback reviews and remediation actions when necessary.
</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives , recommending enhancements to procedures and workflows to increase efficiency and service quality.
</li><li>Support supervisors with daily operational activities , including training or mentoring less experienced team members.
</li><li>Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) reviews , particularly for FINRA-regulated transactions involving products with variable investment features.
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Required Qualifications
</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or GED (required).
</li><li>Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment .
</li><li>Life insurance experience is required .
</li><li>Prior experience in financial services, investment services, insurance, or banking environments where FINRA certification was required .
</li><li>FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 license required at the time of hire (currently registered or within the 2-year U5 FINRA window and in good standing).
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Preferred Qualifications
</h3><ul><li>Experience working across multiple organizational teams and stakeholders .
</li><li>Familiarity with contact center technology , including phone systems, help desk software, and document processing tools.
</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
</li><li>Excellent communication and customer engagement skills .
</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities .
</li><li>Lean or Six Sigma certification or experience is a plus.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $36,700 - $68,200.

Job Summary:

The Associate Wealth Advisor focuses on deepening relationships with an established base of clients and organically growing their practice through referrals, while leveraging our unified in-house team of experts to help clients achieve their financial goals. The role supports a Senior Wealth Advisor and an existing book of business and is designed to be developmental for the Associate while providing leverage to the Senior Wealth Advisor.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

<li>Anticipates the Senior Advisor's needs, manages pre- and post-meeting deliverables, and helps to prioritize workflow to maximize the Senior Advisor's capacity for client growth.</li>
<li>Prepares for, participates in, and follows up after client meetings to ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience.</li>
<li>Participates in the development of financial solutions to clients, utilizing interpersonal communication and relationship building skills to gather information and share results with clients as needed.</li>
<li>Understands and deploys Mercer's broad set of solutions including tax, estate planning, insurance, and more to provide a comprehensive offering to our clients.</li>
<li>Actively builds technical, relational, and advisor capabilities with the expectation of increased client ownership (in coordination with the Senior Wealth Advisor) and responsibility over time.</li>

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferably Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance related); Master's degree a plus</li>

Experience:
<ul>
<li>At least 5 years of job-related experience (Independent Advisor, Registered Representative, Securities Portfolio Manager, Financial Planner, Certified Public Accountant)</li>
</ul>
Certifications/Licenses:
<ul>
<li>Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required. In lieu of the CFP, the following certifications may be acceptable: Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Investment Consultant (CIC).</li>
<li>Series 65 required, unless any of the above designations qualify for an exemption in the applicable state(s)</li>
</ul>
Skills &amp; Competencies:
<ul>
<li>Advanced knowledge of the industry, financial products, and financial planning concepts</li>
<li>Superior communication skills, with the ability to effectively present investment, finance, and tax planning solutions to clients</li>

Location: This is a Hybrid position with a strong preference for candidates to be located in Seattle, WA or Scottsdale, AZ.

Work Schedule: Business hours Monday through Friday. Will occasionally be expected to adjust work schedule to mirror that of the Senior Wealth Advisor to effectively serve client's needs.
