 The purpose of this position is to provide clerical or direct support to the Student Records Office (Office of the Registrar); communicate with internal and external entities, assist in the hiring process of full-time and part-time employees; assist in budget preparation; participate in the purchase of instructional materials, office supplies, software, audio visual materials, and furniture and equipment; Other duties may include maintaining records of professional development and/or travel; coordinating meetings and conferences; and assisting with ceremonies and receptions.
