Prepare decision briefs, regulatory notices, and communication to applicants and stakeholders on product registration outcomes.</li><li>
Support post-registration reviews and regulatory updates based on surveillance, studies, or emerging risks.</li><li>

Core Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Oversight of clinical staff, to include scheduling, coaching and disciplinary action per SRHS policies.</li><li>Assist with patient triage and phone triage. Assist providers with exams and procedures.</li><li>Handles patient, employee, physician complaints/ grievances according to the hospital&rsquo;s policies.</li><li>Works with Practice Manager in budget development and implementation as well as in other projects as needed.</li><li>Manages cost and revenue of medical supplies and clinical staffing.</li><li>Kronos Timekeeper for clinical staff.</li><li>Assists Practice Manager with Studer initiatives.</li><li>Assist in the orientation of new clinical staff.</li><li>Identify learning needs of staff and coordinate in-service/ continuing education requirements.</li><li>Performs annual staff competencies.</li><li>Works with the IT department to resolve any IT issues.</li><li>Ensures all clinical staff licensures and certifications are up-to-date and reports this information to the appropriate departments.</li><li>Perform duties as assigned.</li></ul></div>
