Interpret and understand coverage and benefit limitations by having a comprehensive understanding of benefits and state requirements for multiple markets.</li><li>
Identify trends and suggest and develop efficiencies in the revenue cycle through review and trending of payer contracts and reimbursement trends.
</li><li>Research and trends denials from payors.</li><li>
Reads through healthcare contracts and contract language and ensures proper contract workflows.
</li><li>Researches remittances and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) for complete accurate payments or denials.</li><li>
Work with payers to understand specific reasons for variances and/or denials and measures to prevent future denials.</li><li>
Research payer policies and requirements and utilize knowledge to determine whether an appeal is required and to get claims overturned.</li><li>
Develop sound and well-supported appeal arguments, where an appeal is warranted.</li><li>
Submits corrected claims and appeals.</li><li>
Coordinates appeals with clinical or coding areas within the revenue cycle.
</li><li>Requests appropriate adjustments, when required.</li><li>
Provide training and guidance to team members on market specific issues by providing feedback to management on claims and provider issues, and updating client business rules.</li><li>
Partner with Reimbursements team to assist in completing all other tasks as necessary to ensure accurate and timely internal turnaround times.</li></ul>

This position is a member of the O2C Reimbursement Team within Platform Services, supporting Coca-Cola North America Foodservice. The Budget Analyst will support various members and levels of the Sales organization. This person will primarily be responsible for managing the Customer Reimbursement process and all associated analyses. This person will perform analyses of the customer payment scorecard to verify that reimbursement funding is in compliance with approved contractual agreements that exist between The Company and the respective customers. To perform this role effectively, this position must maintain good working relationships across many levels of the CCNA organization, including the Finance team, Sales, CCBSS (Volume Team), PLUS, and Corporate Audit. Examples of other key responsibilities include:
a) creation and maintenance of Beverage Marketing programs in BRIM,

Function Specific Activities:
Ensure that contracts with customers and bottlers are administered in compliance with the established terms of the agreement (e.g., performance requirements are achieved, payments are reconciled and paid in a timely manner).
Develop and maintain information, administrative systems, and processes that create an adequate system of internal controls and help ensure the Company's financial results are recorded accurately.
Conduct final check (e.g., check methodology, reasonableness, propriety of information) of financial material prior to distribution.
Review inputs to verify that data entered is complete and accurate.

Each request requires analysis of the retailer's actual customer pay rates by submitting a 100-repair order analysis; this analysis is extensive, tightly controlled by state statutes (30-day response time in most states), and has a direct impact on Subaru's claim costs. This job is responsible for all reimbursement activities to retailers.
 
 
 
 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintains responsibility for reviewing and interpreting state franchise statutes for each state to ensure understanding and accuracy of analysis. Works with Legal department as needed for additional insight.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains responsibility for timely completion of all retailer part reimbursement analysis and retailer labor rate analysis as submissions arrive, and evaluating each retailer analysis to ensure that it meets individual state requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proposes "reasonable" rates to retailers based on Subaru of America (SOA) analysis of other retailers in geographic area (subject to state statute). Prepares formal communication to retailers regarding results.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handles all initial inquiries and dispute requests. Provides direction to management as to "reasonableness" of rates and options within the particular statute and works with manager to handle any escalated cases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reviews, approves, and processes monthly labor rate increase requests from established retailers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains records in compliance with state and federal statutes.

 The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $72000 - $85000 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is
