If required assist in follow up on permits related to his activities under the supervision of Sr. Reliability Engineer.</p><p>Provide extensive assistance to Sr. Reliability Engineer in carrying out Root Cause Analysis of failures related to rotating equipment&rsquo;s in refinery through on field support for collection of failure evidence and findings.</p><p>As per instructions monitors selective field preventive/corrective maintenance work on all types of Rotary equipment and records all the activities / findings from case-to-case basis. The activity may include but not limited to witnessing &amp; recording disassembly, defective parts identification, and replacement with new parts like bearings &amp; seal replacement, alignment correction, etc.</p><p>Monitor as per instruction the measurements of clearances / tolerances maintained in preventive and corrective maintenance. May participate with maintenance in using a wide range of measuring instruments such as Micrometre, Vernier callipers, depth gauge, feeler gauge, Telescopic Gauges etc. If required participate as a support in shutdown work with maintenance team from time to time and keeps record of all the assigned Maintenance Tasks and provides feedback to Sr. Reliability Engineer. Act as a field coordinator for reliability department with other maintenance disciplines, Operations &amp; Inspection. Provide feedback Sr. Reliability Engineer on equipment restored back</p><p>to functional &amp; good operating condition. Ensures that reliability &amp; RCA recommendations are implemented.</p><p>Assist in field monitoring of reliability improvement projects on rotating equipment with feedback. If required as per instructions monitor the subcontract repair of rotating equipment.</p><p>To use SAP as per reliability requirement for checking the details of work orders / notifications, for checking the used spares, material reservations made for the assigned work orders etc.</p><p>Ensures that his activities are adhered to as per company environmental, health and safety procedures. Housekeeping awareness is mandatory. Collect of transformer oil samples from transformer for testing.</p><p>Prepare reports about the test results/findings and maintaining the records.
