 Accurately track vacancies using extended Excel spreadsheet and report on key metrics

 Update vacancies in cloud-based property management system

 Send follow-up emails to interested applicants following the completion of open houses

 Maintain knowledge of SoLa criteria/requirements

 <li>
 Process applications, screen and interview tenants to determine eligibility for rental units

 Assist tenants with completing documents; collect info such as bank statements, Section 8 voucher, proof of income, etc.

 Work with nonprofits and government agencies looking to place tenants
