The Replenishment Associate will be responsible for daily put away of finished goods/raw materials. The replenishment associate will be responsible for the picking of raw materials supporting instrument manufacturing and operating various warehouse handling equipment related to warehouse activities.

What you&rsquo;ll do
<ul><li>Putting away finished goods received internally or from other Nova plants</li>
<li>Put away raw materials received</li>
<li>Picking of work orders to support instrument manufacturing</li>
<li>Picking of STO for Waltham raw materials stored at 4 Enterprise Rd</li>
<li>Picking of MIT for internal Nova customers</li>
<li>Performing cycle counts</li>
<li>General warehouse duties</li>
<li>Keeping the warehouse clean and organized</li>
<li>Reporting location discrepancies
</li><li>Any other task assigned by management
</li><li>Providing backup as needed to Order Processors/Shippers</li>
<li>Pick international and domestic customer orders using handheld scanners and automated picking system</li>
<li>Filling all internal requisitions including requests from R&amp;D, Reagents, QC, Tech Services etc.</li>
<li>Location integrity and FIFO (first in first out) practices must be used when picking, moving, or storing material</li>
<li>Checking customer orders for accuracy</li>
<li>Packaging orders to ensure safe and damage-free shipment, ensuring customer specific requirements are met.</li>
<li>Generating bill of lading for truck shipments and record seal numbers as needed.</li>
<li>Loading international and domestic customer shipments with freight carriers upon their arrival daily and having the driver sign for shipment(s)</li>
<li>Assisting with training and the development of new employees</li>
<li>Maintaining an orderly, clean, and safe working environment, reporting unsafe conditions to supervisor</li>
<li>Using practical approaches when problem solving</li>
<li>Being organized while compiling and maintaining appropriate records</li>
<li>Carrying out any task assigned by management, which is deemed relevant to his/her position</li>
<li>Back-filling within the department, due to absenteeism/vacation of other employees</li>

What we are looking for in you
<ul><li>Two (2) years experience in warehousing, shipping/receiving, or deliver or related work.</li>
<li>Ability to perform repetitive motions including standing, walking, lifting, and bending for 8-hour shift.</li>
<li>Forklift certification a plus.</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience with Inventory Management Systems preferred.</li>
<li>Must work with a high level of accuracy and possess excellent organizational skills.</li>
<li>Be a self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision.</li>
<li>Must be willing to generate new ideas for continuous improvement without being prompted.</li>
<li>Must have a sense of urgency, with strong time management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to operate specialized equipment typically used in warehousing.</li>
<li>Strong attention to details, following instructions from verbal and written procedures.</li>
<li>Must be reliable and possess a positive, can-do attitude.</li>

The team member works backstock to include DSD vendor backstock on non-delivery days. The team member replenishes shelves from mass and end displays. The team member breaks down cartons, bails cardboard, faces or presents store, and moves or stacks pallets.

Supports visual merchandising for assigned areas including fixture replacement, updating signage, updating end caps, visual merchandising directives, floor moves and mannequin dressing, prep and setup of merchandise for ads and perform resets for assigned departments when required.</li><li>
Support planogram execution and maintenance through all hardlines departments.</li><li>
Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business.</li><li>

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent</li><li>
Years of experience: Two years</li></ul>
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:<ul><li>
Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.</li><li>
Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.</li><li>
Ability to identify and replenish out of stock or low stock inventory.</li><li>
Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership on price changes and replenishment.</li><li>
Ability to work overnight shifts.</li></ul>

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>
Regular computer work, walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.</li></ul>
INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:<ul><li>
Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor. Limited opportunity exists for exercising independent judgment and decision making.</li></ul>
Starting Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.75
