The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) is hiring an States Reporting Analyst for the 2026 cycle. The States Reporting Analyst will be the primary contributor to DSCC&rsquo;s work with regard to reporting, tracking projects, and other program-specific data needs for DSCC&rsquo;s key battleground states. They will provide critical direct support regarding the DSCC&rsquo;s key battleground states by supporting the creation and rollout of reporting products. 
 
This position reports to the Deputy National Data and Analytics Director. 
 
Responsibilities</div>
<ul><li>Produce meaningful and actionable reports and dashboards, and present recommendations to guide strategy.</li>
<li>Design and build reports and pipelines for simplified data collection and automated reporting.</li>
<li>Provide reporting support across the analytics team, including advice on report design, reporting templates, and core reporting tables.</li>
<li>Convert broad stakeholder requirements into concrete, actionable plans for reporting projects.</li>
<li>Produce clear documentation outlining reporting products as they are rolled out.</li>

<li>2+ years of experience in data visualization and reporting infrastructure</li>
