Baylor College of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, Immunology, Allergy and Retrovirology Service at Texas Children&rsquo;s Hospital is seeking a highly motivated, responsible, and organized individual to join the HIV Research Program. We seek a professional nurse who possesses basic general knowledge of nursing practices, provides professional nursing skills involving Good Clinical Practice (GCP) in clinical research and is responsible for following procedures as described in research protocols and according to site and sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Duties include screening, enrolling participants, obtaining blood and other specimens for tests, administering medications, recording data for research analysis, and maintaining patient records. The nurse should ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and is responsible for organization and attention to safety for research visits. 
The Research Nurse I will be responsible for coordinating day to day activities for a number of research protocols in the HIV Research Program and especially in the Adolescent Trials Network. The ATN network, sponsored by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) addresses two critical pediatric HIV research questions:<ul><li>
The prevention of HIV in people from at-risk communities.</li><li>
The management of HIV infection in adolescents and young adults.</li></ul> 
This position will be working with adolescents and young adults from the LGBTQ community and will need to provide culturally competent care.</div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Job Duties</h2></div><div><ul><li>
Documents clinical research data in electronic data capture (EDC).</li><li>
Answers queries in accordance with protocol requirements.</li><li>
Provides outreach in the community to enhance enrollment.</li><li>
Regularly provides updates, follow-ups on projects and ensures deadlines are met by all stakeholders as required.</li><li>
Works with Principal Investigator and CRA Regulatory Coordinator on both local, central and commercial Institutional Review Board (IRB) protocols, including but not limited to new protocol submission, amendments and renewals.</li><li>
Attends conference calls/answer emails as required by the study sponsor and relay the information to the study staff.</li><li>
May collect, process, ship, and maintain paperwork for blood and/or biological specimens according to procedures outlined in study protocol.</li><li>

Abstracts information from medical records according to the protocols.</li><li>
Ensures the clinical studies are conducted in accordance with guidelines of the FDA and other regulatory agencies.</li><li>

Serves as a liaison and distributes research information to faculty, research staff, principle investigator, and others as required.</li><li>

 As part of a collaborative team of public servants, a Nurse Investigator protects individuals&rsquo; health and safety by investigating allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of adults and children with mental illness or intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities in State Hospitals, Managed Care, Community Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) services, and Home and Community-based Services (HCS) waiver program. Investigations occur in various settings such as facilities and private residences. Investigations are conducted in accordance with Texas Administrative Code (TAC) and Provider Investigations policy. This position occasionally may need to testify at hearing or in court proceedings to provide information regarding policy, procedures, history, findings, or activities. The Nurse Investigator will also investigate medication administration issues. The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the multi-brand strategy for .com management, prioritization, maintenance, and optimization. Within this role, the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager prioritizes the backlog of enhancements and remediations, ensuring that customer experience is paramount and business value is optimized. This role will work closely with brand strategy, regional go-to-market, marketing communications, Digital, and IT teams to ensure alignment. This role will manage a team of digital marketing specialists and will be charged with developing the team structure to support the needs of the business across brands and regions. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead digital marketing team toward effective, efficient, and optimal management of .com for several brands across multiple geographies.</li><li>
Leads SEO and GEO search strategy for .com</li><li>
Develop team processes to effectively manage .com, including testing strategies, page optimization strategies, maintenance strategies, and reporting strategies.</li><li>
Develop roadmap plan for various omnichannel digital projects to enhance .com or execute data-led consumer journeys (i.e. evaluate stakeholder requests, develop creative briefs in conjunction with strategy team to develop channel plan).</li><li>
Investigate opportunities for dynamic content and develop roadmap to organize and execute.</li><li>
Uncover opportunities for efficiencies to enable speed to market for digital content creation to support the creative services team.</li><li>
Identifies business requirements and needs through evaluation of goals and partnership with go-to-market teams.</li><li>
Manages, maintains, and optimizes several websites within the brand portfolio.</li><li>
Support the implementation of the ideal customer experience for C&amp;I Business and SMB segments, including prospects, customers and brokers across regions, and supporting the multi-platform web strategy.</li><li>
Drive initiatives by conducting research, identifying opportunities, developing short term and long-term action plans, executing initiatives, and communicating with stakeholders.</li><li>
Facilitate weekly check-ins with clients and cross-functional partners to set expectations, manage scope changes and discuss prioritization of requests.</li><li>
Develop and empower team members and support their career paths as they learn and grow.</li><li>
Prioritize development backlog, considering multiple factors including business value, cost, brand strategy, and time savings.</li><li>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
