 The Reservations Agent plays a key role in providing exceptional guest service by handling incoming reservation inquiries, accurately processing bookings, and ensuring each guest&rsquo;s requests are met. Job Description 
<ul><li>
Assist the Reservations Manager in overseeing daily reservation operations</li><li>
Manage and respond to customer inquiries relating to bookings</li><li>
Maintaining accurate records of all reservations and assisting with inquiries and bookings.</li><li>
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in booking processes</li><li>
Maximizing hotel revenues by promoting upselling and ensuring efficient availability control procedure</li><li>
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reservation policies and systems</li><li>
Address and resolve reservation-related issues and complaints</li><li>
Developing and maintaining communication with major sources of business and advising the Reservations Manager on feedback.</li><li>
Ensuring compliance with hotel policies, pricing strategies, and brand standards.</li><li>
Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments, and reporting</li><li>
Working closely with the Front Office and Sales teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.</li><li>
Analyze reservation trends and provide reports to management</li><li>
Train and mentor reservation staff as needed</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field</li><li>
2+ years of experience in a reservations senior role</li><li>
Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently</li><li>
High level of attention to detail</li><li>
Proficiency in reservation software</li><li>
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills</li></ul> 

Additional Information 
experience is an asset 
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system 
Fluency in English 
additional languages are a plus
