<div>You&rsquo;ll ensure the safety and well-being of youth during overnight hours. This awake position requires vigilance, compassion, and strong organizational skills.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Follow nightly instructions from the building supervisor</li>
<li>Conduct regular room checks (every 10 minutes)</li>
<li>Provide comfort and support to youth who are awake</li>
<li>Maintain building security</li>
<li>Complete shift documentation, light cleaning, laundry, and other duties</li>
<li>Respond to emergencies and follow safety procedures</li>
<li>Communicate promptly with the Night Awake Supervisor</li>
<li>Uphold confidentiality and company policies</li>
</ul><div><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></div>
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>Age 21+</li>
<li>Prefer 2+ years&rsquo; experience working with youth (camp counselor, coach, babysitting, etc.)</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality</li>
<li>Ability to stay awake and alert throughout the shift</li>
