About the location:
Soon to be one of the region&rsquo;s foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will comprise of the idyllic natural islands and lagoons across 200 kms of coastline along the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. <h3 class="jobSectionHeader">The Role of the Residences (Assistant) Manager
</h3>The Residences (Assistant) Manager plays a vital role in the successful day-to-day operation of the Residential community within the luxury ecosystem of Four Seasons Red Sea. This position is responsible for supporting HOA administration, owner relations, financial oversight, project coordination, and ensuring the highest levels of service for residential owners.
Working in close alignment with the Director of Residences, this role requires someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in luxury hospitality or branded residential environments, ideally with HOA experience.

</h3>Resident Experience &amp; Coordination

POSITION SUMMARY 
Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers. Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays. Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish to be served. Monitor the quantity of food that is prepared. Inform Food &amp; Beverage service staff of menu specials and out of stock menu items. Prepare special meals or substitute items. Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks. Provide cooks with needed items. Monitor stock of kitchen supplies and food. Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program and food products. Ensure the quality of the food items and notify manager if a product does not meet specifications. 
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Address guests&rsquo; service needs. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
Related Work Experience: 4 to 6 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Position Overview:- With minimal supervision, independently performs all aspects of field engineering assignments including development of plans, schedules, contracts, procedures, and construction methods and systems for an assigned project, or a designated area of a large project. Incumbent is also responsible for reviewing the performance of subcontractors to assure contract compliance, the application of accepted construction technology and standards, and the acceptable standardization of materials and supplies. Provides technical guidance to lower-level field engineering personnel. Willingness to relocate to construction site locations is expected.
What You'll Be Doing:<ul><li>
Performs difficult and very complex field engineering assignments involving the development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of a construction project.</li><li>
Maintains first-level quality assurance to confirm that the installation of all work within his/her discipline is in accordance with the plans, specifications, and industry standards.</li><li>
Supervises the construction engineering work and provide technical expertise for one or more of the construction engineering disciplines, as well as survey personnel.</li><li>
Supervises Construction Inspectors, ensuring that tests and inspections are performed, witnessed, and documented in accordance with approved procedures.</li><li>
Monitors and coordinates all contractors' activities for assigned area. 
Collaborates with construction management to eliminate any hazards associated with the work that may adversely affect the environment or the safety or health of employees. Ensures that personnel of the assigned group engage in safe work practices in compliance with site-specific safety procedures and industry standards.</li><li>
Establishes and maintains liaison with the discipline design engineering staff. Reviews and interprets discipline design drawings and specifications to ensure current revision level and correct technical execution of the work.</li><li>
Provides resolution for technical engineering problems within the assigned discipline(s); coordinates application of solutions.</li><li>
Develops discipline construction schedules and monitors progress. Provides schedule and progress appraisal report to the Construction Manager.</li><li>
Monitors material procurement and deliveries to ensure timeliness in support of construction activities and schedule within the assigned discipline. Ensures that materials received meet specifications and established standards of quality.</li><li>
Organizes the accumulation of assigned discipline data for the final project turnover and report.</li><li>
Initiates and maintains records, back-charge procedures, progress reports, etc., as required.</li><li>
Interfaces with the client and upper-level management.</li><li>
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.</li></ul>
What Required Skills You'll Bring:<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree Engineering in engineering or construction-related field,</li><li>
Minimum of 12 years, with at least 5 years on prestigious villa projects in the UAE, preferably.</li><li>
Experience of managing a large group of Engineers, Designers, and technical support personnel</li><li>
Thorough knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and engineering standards</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex engineering projects</li><li>
Proven ability for directing work involving complex technical situations</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English</li></ul>
