As a Caregiver/Nurse Aid at Trustwell Living, your responsibilities will include:

<li>Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.</li>
<li>Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence.</li>
<li>Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.</li>

The ideal candidate will:

<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Completion of the current state-specific certification, where required.</li>
<li>Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification</li>
<li>Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment</li>
