JOB SUMMARY: 
The Assistant Community Manager supports the daily operations of their assigned community and works closely with the Community Manager to ensure efficient property management, resident satisfaction and retention, and achievement of financial and operational goals. The Assistant Community Manager assists with leasing, resident relations, and financial administration and is a key contributor to the overall success of the property. 
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</div>

Financial and Administrative Responsibilities:</div>
<ul><li>Collect and post rent payments, security deposits and other fees accurately and on time.</li>
