Job Description: The Clinical Coordinator oversees a 24/7 crisis residential program for 8 adults (census varies) in a home-like setting at 469 Creamery Way, Exton. Designed as a short-term diversionary alternative to inpatient hospitalization. It provides a supportive environment where individuals can develop personal goals and coping skills to resolve their crisis and successfully transition back to the community. The program provides resources, discharge planning, and follow-up, individual and group therapy, nursing, peer services, and psychiatry to assist with medication management. The coordinator oversees the staff schedule, referrals and admissions to the program, and supervision of staff.

Schedule Details: Full-Time, Monday through Friday; 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Location: Exton, PA (This is not a remote position)

Job Duties:

<li>Demonstrate knowledge of the organization and management of recovery principles, cultural competency principles, and clinical and/or treatment services for behavioral health clients

<li>Provide direct supervision to program staff, individually and group-based, regularly

<li>Maintain 24-hour availability to program staff and management for emergency consultation

<li>Provide backup supervisory support to other programs, as needed

<li>Maintain professional relationships with clients, payers, and community support service representatives and agencies

<li>Participate in interagency meetings and represent the agency in an effective and professional manner

<li>Develop formal proposals to meet developing and ongoing program needs

<li>Ensure program operating costs are within budget and monitor program spending and unnecessary costs

<li>Maintain effective and efficient communication with direct supervisor and administrative staff, as required

<li>Become familiar with staff performance evaluation processes and document staff compliance with requisite performance standards</li>

<li>Verify the accuracy of all payroll and billing documentation prior to submission</li>
<li>Interface with the Accounting Department as needed to resolve billing problems that require program intervention</li>
<li>Become knowledgeable and provide staff and clients with information regarding access to community resources, facilitating access as necessary or needed.</li>

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Master&rsquo;s Degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline

Experience: Three years post-degree experience in the behavioral health field, with one year of increasing supervisory responsibility.

Licensure/Certifications: Licensure/Certification Preferred (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

The Resident Service Coordinator will provide support to staff and coordinate/facilitate program collaboration amongst partner agency, public agencies, property management, and other key partners. The Resident Service Coordinator will also organize and manage internal program operations, included but not limited to monitoring daily functioning of Life skills, Educational and Employment Services provided to all residents enrolled in the project-based sites.
The Resident Services Coordinator will deliver services on-site and off-site to residents who reside at multi-unit permanent supportive housing complex. The Resident Services Coordinator will refer residents to services which include but not limited to intensive case management, life skills workshops, money management, educational attainment, access to health services, counseling, job training and placement opportunities and resident activity coordination.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all residents&rsquo; paperwork and data collection is complete, timely, accurate, and current in agency records and electronic databases through on-going audits of electronic databases and chart reviews such as Salesforce, HMIS and CHAMP databases.<ul><li>
Ensure housing performance standards of partners and funders are achieved including a minimum of 90% housing retention rate.</li><li>
Provide individual and team support to engage residents to workgroup being offered onsite or offsite.</li><li>

Address tenant grievances, mediate resident disputes and resolve any issues with property management that might affect the client&rsquo;s tenancy.</li><li>
Enforce housing rules in collaboration with property management.</li><li>
Development of workshop opportunities on relevant topics including housekeeping, money management, parenting, daily living skills (including transportation, training in self-advocacy/community accessibility) needed to maintain housing and achieve independence.</li><li>
Monitor status of tenants who have moved into housing and prepare tenants who are deemed ready to transition to mainstream non-supportive housing.</li><li>
