Job Summary:</b></p><p>
We are seeking an <b>NP or PA</b> to provide medical care, medication management, and clinical oversight in a detox and residential substance use disorder treatment setting.</p><p>
This role emphasizes patient stabilization, interdisciplinary collaboration, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance, allowing clinicians to practice thoughtfully in a structured, supportive environment.</p><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li> Conduct medical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans</li><li> Provide medical monitoring and medication management in detox and residential care</li><li> Stabilize patients with substance use disorders to support engagement in treatment</li><li> Order and review medications, labs, and urine drug screens (UDS)</li><li> Document all medical care in the electronic medical record (EMR)</li><li> Collaborate with medical, clinical, and utilization review (UR) teams</li><li> Ensure compliance with state regulations, JCAHO, CARF, and ASAM standards</li><li> Manage daily and weekly patient schedules efficiently</li></ul><p><b><br>
