Key Responsibilities:
A Pest Control Service Technician is responsible for providing pest remediation and prevention solutions to commercial or residential structures. Duties include, without limitation:<ul><li>
Manage a pest control route day to day operations.</li><li>
Conduct inspections for pests.</li><li>
Communicate effective solutions for customer needs.</li><li>
Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.</li><li>
Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.</li><li>
Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.</li><li>
Use all safety equipment as instructed.</li><li>
Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.</li><li>
Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.</li></ul> 
Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>

Key Result Areas:<ul><li>On time service planning with ZERO pending services every month</li><li>Monitoring SCP active devices &amp; Usage on weekly basis</li><li>Minimum expectancy on SCP active device(100%) &amp; usage &gt;95%</li><li>Achieving progressive improvement in State of Service (SOS) and meet SOS targets assigned</li></ul>
by the branch<ul><li>Minimizing service backlog (meet our contractual obligations)</li></ul>

Requirements

be an added advantage)<ul><li>Communication - speaking on phone to external customers &amp; internally with technicians,</li></ul>
other Operations colleagues.<ul><li>Knowledge of territory which is handled for planning</li><li>Occasional Travel required within the Division</li><li>Liaise with the Operations Manager, Operations Executive, Service Supervisors to establish</li></ul>
service requirements and provide information, assurance and advice as required<ul><li>Communicate all service issues in a timely manner to the ABM/BM, Operations Manager</li></ul>
