Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide individual counseling for clients and assist in the identification and resolution of problems, behaviors, or cognition which prevent or interfere with clients reaching of their treatment goals or positive outcomes.</li><li>

Graduate of a four-year accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, substance abuse counseling or a closely related field is required. Master's degree matching one of the aforementioned professions is preferred.</li><li>
Be licensed at the masters level to provide psychotherapy services OR be a licensed Addictions Counselor, in the State of Kansas.</li><li>
Certification to deliver SB 123 services and assessments desirable.</li><li>

The Transportation Clerk is responsible for transporting clients to off-site appointments and outings, as well as other transportation assignments. When no transporting assignments are provided, acts as Mental Health Worker. Performs tasks correctly and according to policies and procedures. Coordinates and schedules client transportation, as directed. Documents clients appointments, behavior and any pertinent interactions in the medical record system. Monitors clients during transportation. Conducts vehicle safety check before each use. Protects clients from behavior which could damage their self esteem and/or the facilities relationship with other agencies. Participates as a team member and provides input via reporting observation, concerns and asking appropriate questions. Demonstrates knowledge and proper use of equipment and supplies.</p><p></p><p><b>

<p><b>ob description</b></p><p>The Clinical Director shall be available in the Facility at all times during normal business hours.</p><p><i><b>Responsibilities include but are not limited to-</b></i></p><ul><li>Providing Developing and maintaining written objectives, policies and procedures, an organizational plan and a quality assurance program, reviewed by the Administrator, for substance use disorder counseling services;</li><li>Ensuring that the behavioral and pharmacologic approaches to treatment are evidence based or based on objective information to provide treatment services consistent with recognized treatment principles and practices for each level of care and type of client served by the program;</li><li>Providing or ensuring, and documenting, that direct clinical supervision is provided at least one hour per week to all clinical staff, individually or in a group setting, with group supervision not to exceed 50 percent of supervision time.</li><li>Ensuring that substance use disorder counseling services are provided as specified in the client treatment plan, and coordinated with other client care services, if applicable, to provide continuity of care;</li><li>Ensuring that the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of clients with co-occurring disorders is provided by appropriately trained and qualified clinical staff, and that the clinical supervision of such staff is provided;</li><li>Assisting in developing and maintaining written job descriptions for substance Use Disorder counseling personnel, and assigning duties;</li><li>Assessing and participating in staff education activities and providing consultation to program personnel;</li><li>Providing orientation to and evaluation of new counseling staff prior to the assignment of counseling responsibilities;</li><li>Participating in the identification of quality care indicators and outcome objectives and collection and review of data to monitor program performance;</li><li>Planning for the provision of substance Use Disorder counseling services; and</li><li>Ensuring that clinical staff are supervised by appropriately credentialed staff.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>The Clinical Director shall meet at least the following qualifications:</li><li>A Ohio licensed psychologist who possesses a Certification of Proficiency in the Treatment of Alcohol and other Psychoactive Substance Use Disorders from the American Psychological Association, College of Professional Psychology, www.apa.org/college, is a certified clinical supervisor by The CSWMFT Board</li><li>A Ohio licensed clinical social worker, who is a certified clinical supervisor by The CSWMFT Board</li><li>A Ohio licensed professional counselor, or licensed marriage and family therapist, who is a certified clinical supervisor The CSWMFT Board</li><li>A Ohio licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor who, in addition, holds a Master's degree recognized by the Ohio Board of the CSWMFT .</li><li>The Clinical Director shall possess a valid and unrestricted professional license in Ohio as either a psychologist, licensed clinical social worker, licensed professional counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor, physician, or advanced nurse practitioner</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $80,000-$100,000 per year</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p>Medical Specialty:</p><ul><li>Addiction Medicine</li></ul><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
