The goal of this position is to provide specialized instruction and supports in various environments where students with disabilities have an opportunity to succeed in accordance with their Individual Educational Plan (IEP).<br>

<b>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div><ul><li>
Manage and administer an appropriate program of instruction for students identified as having disabilities</li><li>

Partnership Academy has a strong commitment to culturally and developmentally relevant instruction for all students. Through a highly collaborative culture, Partnership Academy teachers work in teams to provide differentiated and hands-on instruction using both a co-teaching and pull-out model.
