The Respiratory/Cardiopulmonary Department Director must be a graduate of an accredited school for Respiratory Therapy and must have successfully completed a certification and registry exam. The Director must have obtained a degree of Bachelors of Science in either leadership/business, respiratory therapy, or a similar pertinent field. A current Kentucky license is mandatory. Certification in CPR is also a requirement. Must have comprehensive knowledge of theoretical and clinical working of Respiratory Therapy. Must have good communication skills. Patient teaching may be required at various times when ordered by physician. Must have at least 5<i> </i>years of Respiratory Experience.
</p><p><b>OTHER </b><b>SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, REGISTRATIONS, ETC.)</b></p><p>

Be the Respiratory Therapy Supervisor You've Always Aspired to Be</b><br>

Providing direct care to patients in need of medical gas, breathing therapy modality, and medication.</li><li>

Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.</li><li>
CPR certification.</li><li>
ACLS certification preferred.</li><li>
Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program</li><li>
Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.</li><li>
