Job Description 
At SLS Red Sea, the Restaurant Manager is the driving force behind the venue&rsquo;s operational success, guest experience, and team performance. With a flair for detail, leadership, and service excellence, this role leads the day-to-day operations of one of our signature venues from planning and execution to innovation and engagement.
Reporting directly to the Director of Food &amp; Beverage, this role is accountable for upholding the SLS vision, curating memorable dining moments, and ensuring the outlet&rsquo;s profitability, compliance, and vibrancy.
