Minimum Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>
Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a contract or temporary capacity, with a focus on technical and/or sales roles.</li><li>
Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates in a competitive market.</li><li>
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.</li><li>

 A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is
 
 
 $75,000 - $107,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
