</p><p><b>Role Description</b></p><p>
The purpose of this position is to create a sense of welcome and arrival for all guests, members, and owners. Our Retail Agents are fully versed in all aspects of the services and amenities provided by the resort. At Brasada Ranch, our retail outlets reflect the &quot;Lifestyle&quot; of the Ranch and the authenticity of our destinations. We invite you to showcase your passion for engaging service as a Retail Agent, where your warmth and knowledge of our offerings will assist guests in re-creating our exceptional dining experience in the Cabins and/or their own homes.</p><p>
General Store Retail Agents earn $19.10 an hour and work varied shifts. The General Store is open 7 days a week, some weekends and evenings required.

We&rsquo;ll provide the training and resources you need to assess customers&rsquo; needs, perform basic services and partner with other agents as needed on more complex repairs.
