Position Purpose: 
Regional Asset Protection Manager (RAPM) is responsible for ensuring Asset Protection initiatives and programs are executed within the region. Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform

<li>This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.</li>

Major Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Ensure a safe and secure environment for people and property in and around the distribution center, trailer yard and offices</li><li>
Enforce building access guidelines</li><li>
Train and coach the team to successfully fulfill their duties</li><li>
Interact with Burlington associates, executives and vendor representatives in a professional manner, providing quick attention to answer questions and find solutions</li><li>
Use and maintain a working camera surveillance system completing necessary testing, updates and record keeping</li><li>
Administer building card access system, create badges, grant access and conduct audits on access points as needed</li><li>
Audit yard reports and assist with end of month audits</li><li>
Conduct investigations and accurately document findings</li><li>
Assist in fire drills, safety inspections, and other tasks designed to maintain a high level of protection and safety</li><li>
Provide support to the AP Supervisor by monitoring and addressing team's performance</li></ul> 
Licenses/Certification/Registration:<ul><li>
Valid driver's license for use of company security vehicle</li></ul> 
Experience:
<ul><li>1-3 years of asset protection or related experience</li></ul> 
Skills and abilities:
