You&rsquo;ll represent a fast-growing local brand while conducting in-store sampling events at retailers such as Sendik's Food Market, Metcalfe's, Outpost Natural Foods, Piggly Wiggly, Woodman's, and Meijer.If you enjoy talking to people, love great food, and want flexible part-time work, this role is for you.Essential Functions<ul><li>Build awareness of Ketchup Please&rsquo;s organic, no-added-sugar condiments by engaging shoppers through product sampling.</li><li>Communicate product features clearly, enthusiastically, and accurately.</li><li>Keep sampling station neat, clean, and compliant with food safety standards at all times.</li><li>Support special projects or additional demo-related activities as assigned.</li></ul>Job Requirements<ul><li>Must be 18 years old or older</li><li>Prior sampling or food-prep experience is helpful but not required.</li><li>Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to multiple retail locations in the Milwaukee area.</li><li>Ability to transport and set up demo materials (folding table, utensils, signage, sample trays, etc.).</li><li>Must exhibit strong communication skills, professionalism, and enthusiasm for representing a local Wisconsin brand.</li><li>Must follow all food safety, handwashing, and sanitation procedures.</li><li>Must possess an internet-enabled mobile phone for communication and reporting.</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to stand for the duration of a demo (typically 3&ndash;4 hours).</li><li>Ability to bend, twist, reach, and lift items as needed.</li><li>Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Demo shifts are typically 3&ndash;4 hours and schedules are set at least 2 weeks in advance.</li><li>All sampling materials (table, utensils, signage, demo supplies, etc.) will be provided by Ketchup Please.</li><li>Team members are compensated for training.</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $15.00 - $32.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: On the road

Time Management: Utilize our required mobile application to accurately clock in and clock out for all shifts, demonstrating consistent punctuality.</li><li>
Accountable Logistics: Take full accountability for the security, organization, and inventory of one or more brand-specific kits, including requesting replacement stock well in advance of depletion.</li><li>
Detailed Reporting: Submit comprehensive end-of-day reports immediately following the shift through the mobile app, ensuring client requirements are met.</li></ul>
