   Negotiate product pricing, cost of shipment, payment terms, and intake margin with local vendors, taking into consideration business and cost effectiveness as the main consideration.

   Monitor brand performance, initiating corrective action where necessary to ensure operations are conducted within the agreed financial parameters.

   Deeply understand brand perception, product feedback, and product requests by regularly visiting stores and interacting with the store teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Nurture a strong working relationship with the Planning, Finance, Digital, Logistics, and Operations teams to drive common business goals.

   REQUIREMENTS
  </strong>

   A Bachelors&rsquo; Degree, preferably in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
  </li>
  <li>
   Qualification in Retail Management.
  </li>
  <li>
   3-4 years of experience in a Buying and Merchandising role.
  </li>
  <li>
   Fashion retail background is mandatory.
  </li>
