GENERAL PURPOSE:
 
 
Manage and lead one to four Store Planners, with the design &amp; development of store plans for new stores or capital projects in existing stores. This includes fixture plans, merchandise plans, signage plans, and construction documents. Provide Store Operations with quantified data analysis on merchandise units, sales, and store specific capacity as requested. Present floor plan proposals and analysis to senior management for approval. 
 
Ensure high quality controls are in place for plan checks. Work closely with Manager to further the development of guidelines and tools to enhance the Special Projects process, ensuring on time completion with high quality. Communicate with key business partners such as LP, Store Design, Construction, Purchasing, Merchandising, and Store Operations Initiatives in all phases of the Special Project process from inception to completion. 
 
Must be able to travel to stores and execute site surveys and walk throughs on occasion. 
 
The base salary range for this role is $77,900 to $117,050. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

Job Description 
<ul><li>
Oversee performance and operations for Multiple branches with a district.</li><li>
Ensuring seamless fulfillment processes across different locations which include different retailers.</li><li>
Work closely with the store supervisor to evaluate, develop and ensure that all fulfillment processes (within the store) and workflow is being followed.</li><li>
Supervise the shopper process of daily orders.</li><li>
Supervise the full process of picking of orders, to segregation &amp; packing</li><li>
monitoring work schedules for the shoppers Supervises the team in processing orders and resolving customer complaints (regarding wrong picking)</li><li>
Monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure the most efficient and effective processing of delivery orders; control of damages, errors and mis-picks; and excellence in customer service levels</li><li>
Assist in coaching and training new employees (store supervisor)</li><li>
Ensure adherence of the shoppers to the agreed upon processes and policies</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
3-4 years previous job experience in order fulfillment and management of pickers</li><li>
1-2 year Experience of operations within a grocery stores</li><li>
Well organized, able to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Open minded; continually seeks to find new and creative ways to accomplish tasks.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills</li><li>
