 Reef Holding is seeking an experienced and strategic
 
 Cosmetics Section Head
 
 to lead the development of the company&rsquo;s cosmetics products. This role is responsible for setting and executing a comprehensive product development strategy, driven by market trends, innovation, and quality excellence, to ensure strong brand competitiveness in the cosmetics sector.
 
 
 The role involves overseeing the full product lifecycle from concept and formulation to launch and post-launch evaluation while ensuring alignment with brand strategy, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 Develop cosmetics product strategies and roadmaps:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and lead annual product development roadmaps aligned with brand strategy and growth plans.

 <li>
 Analyze global and regional cosmetics trends (ingredients, formulations, usage patterns) and translate insights into viable product opportunities.
 </li>

 Lead product development and formulation processes:

 Oversee formulation development in collaboration with laboratories and manufacturing partners.

 Review and approve final product samples prior to commercial production.

 Manage cross-functional coordination:

Ensure associates are well-informed and confident in speaking to available inventory and assortment. Leverage clienteling tools and technology to provide a personalized and seamless omnichannel experience. Support store fulfillment in designated areas by accurately and efficiently executing omni processes.
 
Support team with merchandising product, replenishment, recovery, and cleanliness to maintain visual merchandising and beauty hygiene standards daily. Align presentations with vendor and company directives.
 
Partner with store leaders to e nsure team schedule s align with business needs , traffic plans, and event strategies to maximize associate and department productivity .
 
Demonstrate adaptability and respond to changing circumstances, adjusting tactics and shifting focus based on evolving business needs.
 
Lead shortage control and inventory accuracy in designated areas by executing price changes, product transfers, and processing damaged items timely . Champion team knowledge of inventory management, asset protection procedures, and safety guidelines.
